Just got myself a new smartphone recently, and boy is it technologically advanced compared to my previous, well, “smartphone” ha. I can now easily manage all aspects of my online life with a few simple touches. From online banking to social networking to fitness programs to work and emails to the occasional game or two, and the list goes on and on.

A far cry indeed from my school days when alphanumeric keypads were the norm, and the most advanced things a phone could do were to flip open, have a retractable antenna, and allow you to play a dot matrix game called snake..

And to add to that, I’m not that old..
